InkDraft
InkDraft turns a discovery-call transcript into a structured proposal, a service agreement, and an NDA, then carries the work through client review, electronic signature, and payment. The system includes a firm-specific knowledge base, public review links, embedded signing, and Stripe Connect payments. One focused internal product replacing multiple tools and manual handoffs.

I'm Janis and I run Hiestand Digital. I work with startups and SMEs that have a concrete problem to solve and need clear, reliable execution.
Before Hiestand Digital, I built software for the Swiss pension fund industry: complex rules, regulated workflows, and little room for error. Before that, I built an audience from scratch as a musician and artist and reached over 37 million streams. Two very different fields, a similar way of working: understand what matters, build carefully, get it into use.
