Free. We talk for 30 minutes, and within 48 hours you get a proposal with approach, timeline and price.

How the price is set

You get a fixed price for a defined result. If the work takes me longer, you pay the same.

The proposal states what the project should save or earn in its first year, in hours and francs, and lists the assumptions so you can check them. The price is at most a third of that amount.

If a third of that amount does not cover the work, I advise against building it.

What is included

Every project price includes testing, launch, documentation and 30 days of support. After that I run the system for you on fixed days each month, or hand it over to your team.

If the scope changes

The fixed price covers what the proposal describes. If you want something added, you get a price for that addition before I start on it.

Payment

The assessment is paid in advance. A project is paid in milestones, and the first payment is due before work starts.

What you pay others

After launch you pay three costs directly to the providers, on your company's own accounts, so you see what each one costs.
